Adjustments:

price of any item ordered under
a layaway plan will be the
price on the date the item was
ordered, even if the price of
the item is subsequently
increased or
reduced.<

Cancellation:
Due
to our flexible layaway
program, if a layaway order is
cancelled, the first payment
will be treated as a restocking
fee and will be forfeited. Any
remaining funds paid will be
given back to the buyer as a
store credit. There are no
refunds under any
circumstances. <
