We will confirm the EXPEDITED Parcel tracking number by email so that you may track your shipment w/ Canada Post or Pick-up at our location.

All standard domestic shipping rates for USA & Canada destinations are calculated from the total amount of purchase.

Return Policy:

Our goal is to bring you the finest possible collectible dolls and accessories for your personal collection. Our guarantee ensures that you are 100% satisfied with all your purchases from our shop. We encourage the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged or does not meet your expectations.

Please note that all sales are final. If you would like to return an item, you can receive store credit for the amount of the doll. Shipping can not be refunded. If an item is damaged, please get in touch with us right away so that we can file an insurance claim and replace your item promptly. All returns must be NRFB or they will not be approved. You may not want that item, but somebody out there is just waiting for it and we want them to be able to have the item in the same quality condition that you received it in.

Once an order is placed by credit card through our secure site, it can only be canceled by us. If you are needing to cancel your order, please inform us right away. There will be a 5% charge deducted from the credit issued to cover our fees to our merchant account. That is what we are charged for canceling an order once it is placed. Be sure of your purchase before it is placed to avoid unnecessary fees !

Pre-Order Policy:

Some of our items may not be available yet and selection will be indicated "currently n/a". What that means is that they haven't been released from the factory to us. We do have these items on order. Anyone interested in preordering, should email us to place your order. We require a 25% deposit on all preorder items, with the balance being due when the item is ready to ship to you. You may cancel your preordered items, but there will be a $5 fee charged (the service charge we are charged).

The day that we receive the stock, you will receive an email from us letting you know that your item is ready for shipping. We will then charge for the remaining balance. Once that is paid, your item will be on the way !

Pre-ordering ensures you on our waiting list and the doll or item of your dreams !! If for some reason the item is not received by us from the factory, you will receive a 100% refund with no fee charged.
